We’re looking for an all-round creative genius to join the sleuth at Northern Bear.

You’ll be in charge of all creative output for the agency and you’ll get involved in everything from concepts to artwork amends.

We’re a really nice bunch of people and we’re looking for someone who will fit in well with that – nice, but with something about them – an opinion and a set of beliefs that marry well with our own, as a company and individuals.

If you’re up for an awesome challenge, want to help shape the direction and growth of a creative agency, with sustainability at its heart then we’d love to have a chat!

Boring, sensible stuff:

• Comfortable in all things adobe (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Any additional ninja skills warmly welcomed (wordpress, animation, illustration etc.)
• Creative mind
• Positive attitude
• Happy to muck in
• Able to travel to our office in Lichfield (plans to potentially move to Brum in 2021)
• Ideally someone who likes tea or coffee so I get a hot drink brought to me every once in a while
• Expected start date – late April / Early May 2020
