Join us for a day of festive co-working with a free desk at The Jointworks on Friday 16th December.
The Jointworks is a new co-working and event space in the heart of Birmingham’s historic Jeweller Quarter, it’s also the home of Birmingham Design!
Ahead of the Christmas break we’re inviting the community to come and join us and grab a free desk space.
When the working day is complete we’ve got a special event with BDF pal Craig Oldham, hot off the launch of his new book ‘Stanley Kubrick’s The Shining: A Visual and Cultural Haunting’, followed up by some festive drinks and a social.

Festive Co-Working
From 9am–5pm
Book yourself a desk and rock up at The Jointworks from 9am to enjoy a day of co-working totally free. A great opportunity to get out of the house to chat and work with the rest of the BD community.
An Evening with Craig Oldham
5:30pm–7pm
As part of our Jolly Jointmas co-working day, we’re proud to present ‘An evening with Craig Oldham’, a live talk and Q&A inside The Jointworks lovely event space ‘The Press Room’.
Festive Social
7pm–8:30pm
To round up the day we’ll be popping open the drinks and sharing a tipple with each other
About The Jointworks
62-64 Albion Street, Birmingham, B1 3EA
Opened in June 2022, The Jointworks is a new co-working and events space in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter. The building has been renovated alongside heritage specialists from an old watch chain factory and keeps many of the original features of the factory, build in the late 1800s.
