The Art of Meditation

Join Gen Kelsang Leksang, an ordained Buddhist nun and the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Birmingham, for a guided meditation session. Taking place within Ikon’s exhibition by Betsy Bradley, Chasing Rainbows, these sessions draw upon the artist’s meditative approach to painting.

Everyone is welcome to attend and these sessions are suitable for all levels; beginners and those with some meditation experience. No special clothing or equipment required. Chairs are provided, or bring your own cushion / mat if you prefer to sit on the floor.
