For paid-for events hosted by us, a refund will be granted if requested no later than 7 days before the event. This is to ensure that there is enough time for us to fill the space and compensate for costs such as venue hire, speaker travel expenses etc. You can return tickets at any time, in fact, if you can’t make an event we encourage it so that we can offer it to someone else. All tickets sold are print at home, you will not receive a physical ticket for your order.
For items purchased in our shop please allow up to 3 week for delivery.
Photography and video at events
In order to document events successfully for promotional and funding requirements, we will have a dedicated team of camera operators roaming the events. By purchasing a ticket and our events you consent to your photograph being taken and used in this manner.
