Roots is a freelance illustrator and designer from Birmingham UK, specialising in heavily character based designs with a love for the weird and wonderful. Inspired by 90s pop culture and getting lost down nature’s rabbit hole.

With a degree in Visual Communication specialising in illustration, plus over seven years graphic design experience, she works in a variety of mediums depending on the brief and loves bringing her bold and light hearted style to live art events, competitions and exhibitions; most recently becoming the runner up of the UK Illustration Championships in December 2020.
