Who we are

A female owned creative agency founded in 2019 and based in Digbeth, Folk has the experience of a big agency, with the personal touch of a small one. We focus on building better brands through inspired thinking and exceptional creative, striving for strong relationships founded on trust with both our team and clients, believing that ’total transparency’ is the foundation to really push the boundaries of what good work looks like.

Folk humanise brands. Whether that means helping big global brands and retailers connect more meaningfully with consumers, or showing B2B clients how to develop a more emotional, approachable side, we believe that although the brands that shout that loudest might get heard, it’s the ones who speak the smartest that make people listen, which is why ‘a better way of thinking’ is at the heart of everything that we do.

We work with fantastic well known brands, and our client list continues to go from strength to strength, seeing the agency grow from a duo to a team of 9 in less than 3 years, with no signs of slowing down.

Who we’re looking for

A Creative Artworker, with a good eye for design, meticulous attention to detail and flawless technical ability. What you’ll get from us:

Personal development is important to us, so to ensure we all progress on our continuous quest to ‘be better’ we will set you performance objectives to help grow your role within the business. Our working hours are from 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, we all work hard but we believe life’s about so much more, that’s why we want you to have a good amount of time for yourself to go out and live it. It’s all about balance, and with 30 days paid holiday per year, plus bank holidays, we hope you’ll be able to strike the perfect one for you.

We offer pension, profit related bonus and the opportunity to be part of a lovely team who genuinely enjoy each others company on a good night out.
