We are GRIN, a creative design agency based in the heart of Birmingham, established for over 10 years. GRIN provides bespoke creative solutions for a wide range of clients such as HSBC, NHS, Hilton, DHL and The University of Birmingham. We are looking for a multi-skilled creative with a strong graphic design background, who can comfortably work across our three main areas of service; Brand, Motion and Digital, who is able to support and enhance our creative team.

You would be able to:

• Contribute to all of our creative output, including animated videos, web design, brand identity, comms collateral etc.
• Devise and produce quality creative work with the end user in mind
• Actively contribute to delivering and generating great concepts and building upon the ideas of others
• Seek imaginative and inspiring ways to influence the entire creative process from idea conception through to final execution and client review
• Challenge the brief where necessary, seeking the right creative solution
• Suggest, evolve and work to best practice procedures across the whole creative function
• Understand the importance of deadlines and have the ability to deliver work with a sense of urgency when required
• Have excellent communication skills and be comfortable presenting work
• Uphold and demonstrate GRIN values at all time
• Keep up to date with new trends and inspiration/innovation in all areas
• Work efficiently at home but able to collaborate as a team

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Proven in depth knowledge of programmes within the Adobe Creative Suite including but not limited to: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro and Xd
• Degree or qualification in graphic design or similar
• An outstanding portfolio, which demonstrates 2 years+ commercial experience, along with creative flair and ingenuity in design and motion
• Experience and knowledge in Cinema 4D is a bonus
