We are GRIN, a design agency established over 10 years, providing bespoke creative solutions for a wide range of clients such as HSBC, NHS, Hilton and DHL. We are looking for an incredibly creative, culturally intelligent individual. Someone who can comfortably work across our three main areas of service; Brand, Motion and Digital and who is able to support and enhance our creative team.

You would be able to:

• Guide and inspire creativity across design, digital and motion mediums
• Provide skilled and technically competent input and support
• Keep up to date with new trends and inspiration/innovation in all areas
• Have an excellent understanding of user experience and customer motivations
• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve design challenges
• Capability to deliver strategically driven, research based yet beautiful designs
• Work closely with all members of the team in suggesting, evolving and working to best practice procedures
• Offer feedback, critique and advice to the studio and accounts team
• Thrive under pressure and be able to prioritise workload with confidence
• Be an advocate for clear communication
• Encourage the sharing of ideas in an inclusive and constructive way
• Have a desire to develop your artistic and technical skillset
• Attend project/client meetings, presenting concepts effectively
• Take a mentoring and supervision role when necessary
• Prepare design and collaborate on proposals and pitch presentations

Essential skills/experience:

• Proven in depth knowledge of programmes within the Adobe Creative Suite including but not limited to: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro and Xd.
• Degree or qualification in graphic design or similar
• An outstanding portfolio, which demonstrates 4 years+ commercial experience, along with creative flair and ingenuity in design and motion
• Experience in leading, motivating and inspiring design team
• Knowledge of Cinema 4D is a bonus
