You’ll need strong project delivery experience, super confident client skills, a commercial mindset and aesthetic eye – plus lots of enthusiasm and attention to detail.

What we offer:

A great opportunity for an ambitious candidate to help shape project management and client servicing within our small but mighty, award winning, highly creative and experienced team.

  • The opportunity to work on a diverse range of creative projects, sectors and clients.

  • A warm, passionate and supportive team.
  • A good work / life balance.

What we’re looking for:

A Senior PM to smoothly manage our client accounts and projects, whilst supporting the running of our small studio. Experienced in delivering a wide variety of creative projects, including brand identity projects, you will be driven to provide the highest standard of project delivery for our clients, supporting our team to deliver the best creative output. Our ideal candidate would be ultra-reliable, self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously but also really collaboratively. Working closely with our two Creative Directors, you will be an internal studio linchpin, prioritising and anticipating what’s needed and when, making sure everything happens when required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Seamless project management through the entire project process, from initial scoping and planning to final delivery (including building timeplans and quotations, creating budget summaries and project status).
  • Day-to-day client contact for project communication, keeping clients updated.
  • Supporting the team to deliver brilliant projects on time and budget.
  • Supporting new business proposals – helping write the process, prepare costs and timings, and thinking through all the detail.
  • Keeping our project management systems and financial forecast updated.
  • Managing our studio resourcing and supporting the team to oversee and book great freelance creative help.
  • Proof-reading and checking accuracy.
  • Liaison with our supplier network, ensuring briefs are crystal clear and production runs smoothly.
  • Supporting with the running of our studio, including marketing/awards, studio diaries, administration and studio culture.

Skills and attributes:

  • Highly self-motivated and proactive – you take ownership and stay busy moving projects forward, using your own initiative and making good decisions. You always think ahead and go the extra mile for clients.
  • Confident in all client communication, particularly in meetings and presentations – you’re happy running meeting agendas, and always liaise with diplomacy, clarity and warmth.
  • A high level of craft and attention to detail in your work – you’ll sweat the small stuff, checking and taking responsibility for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent at building and nurturing strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Good understanding of strategic, research, branding and campaign project stages.
  • Good understanding of the creative and production process, including print management and some digital. You can help write accurate print specs and interrogate print/production quotes from suppliers.
  • Commercially savvy – confident with financial negotiations and a good control of budgets and financial admin.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and organise – you stay calm and positive under pressure.
  • A fastidious approach to project management process and delivery.
  • Super reliable – the team can count on you.
  • A friendly, down to earth, team player, who understands how to work in a creative team.
  • Passionate about good design and creativity.
  • Basic Adobe InDesign would be ideal.
