I am Shiyi Li, an animation director, 2D animator, illustrator based in the UK. In my four years of animation and illustration work experience, I directed and animated music videos, motion graphics, explainer videos, visuals for live concerts, and narrative shorts, also posters design.

I am not only a specialist in 2D frame-by-frame animation but also developed a dynamic visual style. I can adapt to many different genres, such as 3D, live action with animation, green screen, etc.

My animation has been screened around the world, including London Short Film Festival, Beijing Times Art Museum, BFIPLAYER, Flatpack Film Festival, my animated music video ‘Burn&Soothe’ has been nominated for the Best Animation Award in BFI Future Film Festival 2021.
